The ASCII Degree symbol is ALT 167!!! - Homebrew Talk
Dec 11, 2007 · ASCII stands for American Standard Code for Information Interchange. Computers can only understand numbers, so an ASCII code is the numerical representation of a character such as 'a' or '@' or an action of some sort. To get the degree symbol just hold down your ALT key and type 167 and release ALT key. 212º, 100º, 68º and so on.
Identifying marks on CO2 cylinder - Homebrew Talk
Nov 2, 2005 · Anybody know how to read the stamped marks on a CO2 cylinder? I'm trying to determine the age of one so I know when it will need to be hydrotested. One line I can read seems to say "TC3-ALM 124 T11.2K3". I'm guessing the ALM is for aluminum and maybe the T11 is the grade of the material...

Aug 8, 2022 · I'm curious whether you will also be out by about 2.5 - 3.0 degrees F after the calibration. If all three of us experience the same (first a 7 degree difference and then a 2.5 - 3.0 degree difference after calibration), then this cannot be coincidence or a rare occurence.
