Taylor Swift was sent a document subpoena earlier in May by Justin Baldoni's legal team in his legal case with the singer's longtime friend Blake Lively. Lively's rep confirmed May 22 that the subpoena was withdrawn by Baldoni's team.

Baldoni's legal team withdrew the subpoena amid the ongoing legal battle with his "It Ends With Us" costar.Taylor Swift can now shake off one legal headache, as Justin Baldoni has dropped the subpoena against the pop star in his ongoing dispute with Blake Lively.

Justin essentially tried to argue that Blake used her friendship with the superstar to pressure him into making editorial changes in the movie. Hence, earlier this month, Taylor was subpoenaed as a witness.
