Multiple people were injured in a wrong-way crash along U.S. Route 15 in Cumberland County. It happened around 4:40 p.m. on the northbound side of the road. According to the Upper Allen Township Police Department,

The crash closed all lanes of Route 15 so multiple medical helicopters can land in the area, PennDOT announced.

A section of Route 15 is shut down after a wrong-way driver hit multiple cars, according to PennDOT. The roadway is shut down between the Lusburn and Route 114 exits after a car heading southbound in the northbound lane hit several vehicles.
