State police say a Vermont man was driving drunk when he crashed into a car and boats in St. Lawrence County. Troopers arrested 29-year-old Tyrone Perry of North Springfield on a felony count of driving while intoxicated with a child as a passenger.

A drunk driver who caused the crash which injured three people was sentenced Friday to three years of probation.
