New York State Police have charged a Canadian father with murdering his 9-year-old daughter and disposing of her body in a wooded area.

New York State Police will be releasing information about 9-year-old Melina Frattolin's death Monday 10 a.m. at the State Police barracks in Latham.

A 17-year-old boy and a 33-year-old man both face charges after the teen stabbed the man during an incident in Wayne County, police said.
