Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan released a statement today responding to several fires that have ignited throughout the state. In Meghan’s hometown of Los Angeles, several fires have cumulatively burned nearly 30,000 acres, forcing the evacuation of at least 100,000 residents and leading to the deaths of five people.

The couple is also working with José Andrés and World Central Kitchen and has donated clothing and other items to relief services.
