Ben Simmons is on the move. As ESPN insider Shams Charania reported on Saturday, Simmons is set to sign with the Los Angeles Clippers after clearing waivers. Simmons agreed to a contract buyout with the Brooklyn Nets to become a free agent, and will now get a fresh start on the West Coast.

Simmons had 12 points, seven rebounds and six assists off the bench in his first game with the Los Angeles Clippers.

"Ben Simmons gave back almost $1.1M in his buyout from the Brooklyn Nets, a league source told @spotrac," Smith wrote on X. "This reflects the amount Simmons will recoup when he signs a prorated veteran minimum deal with the LA Clippers.
