Historic landmarks in Hull are to be lit up in purple to mark Holocaust Memorial Day. Buildings and structures in cities across the UK will be illuminated on 27 January. Hull's City Hall, Ferens Art Gallery, the Maritime Museum and the Queen Victoria Monument will shine purple from dusk as part of the display.
