LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A new lawsuit filed on behalf of a mother and her son claims that former JCPS Principal Duan Wright pulled a toy gun on two seven-year-olds and then threatened to kill them.

A former elementary school principal faces a lawsuit after he allegedly threatened two second graders with a plastic gun which the students thought was real.

The principal had the 7-year-olds in his office as punishment when he pulled the gun on them, the lawsuit said.
