A vandal damaged a Tesla Cybertruck in the driveway of a residence in Novato, police said. The crime happened before sunrise Saturday on Truman Drive. The suspect threw a concrete chunk at a windshield, slashed the tires and used duct tape to cover a security camera, the Novato Police Department said.
