Nate Oats has turned to the Alabama Crimson Tide men's basketball program into an SEC powerhouse over the past several years. Alabama, led by Mark Sears and Grant Nelson, entered the NCAA Tournament as the No. 2 seed in the East region, looking to make a run at the national championship.

The former Alabama basketball guard starter over 30+ games with the Crimson Tide prior to spending a season in the Big 12.

After he left Alabama basketball following the Crimson Tide’s Final Four campaign, Rylan Griffen is heading back to the transfer portal. Griffen shared the news to his social media, after it was reported initially by ESPN’s Jeff Borzello.
