While most NFL analyst project the Atlanta Falcons to focus heavily on defense in the 2025 NFL draft, the team has rarely done what was expected during the four drafts under general manager Terry Fontenot.

ESPN's Bill Barnwell proposed the Atlanta Falcons part with tight end Kyle Pitts to make a big jump up the 2025 NFL Draft board.

The Atlanta Falcons appear to have a bright future with Michael Penix Jr., Bijan Robinson and Drake London in place on offense. However, there's a dark cloud hovering over this team in the form of veteran quarterback Kirk Cousins.

Former Atlanta Falcons defensive lineman John Cominsky has officially retired from the NFL after five seasons. Cominsky announced his retirement via social media on Monday afternoon. The 29-year-old was drafted by the Falcons in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL draft out of Charleston.
