Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix is great as it is, but you can jazz up your cornbread with a variety of inexpensive and delicious add-ins.

I tried cornbread mixes from Bob's Red Mill, Marie Callender's, Jiffy, and Simple Truth Organic. The Bob's Red Mill mix was the most expensive one I bought, but it didn't have a great texture.
