CHICAGO - A man and a woman were shot and seriously wounded Monday night in Chicago's West Garfield Park neighborhood. Police said the pair, both 38 years old, had been arguing with a group of people around 8:41 p.m. in the 4700 block of West Flournoy Street before getting into their car to leave.
