We regret to inform you that the search and rescue personnel from Plumas County Search and Rescue recovered the body of 18-year-old Leonardo Mikelonis of Sparks, NV, on Wednesday. Sheriff Todd Johns and the Plumas County Sheriff’s Office offer our sincere condolences to the family during this difficult time.
