Kevin Durant could possibly return to the Suns despite the team offering him in a trade and a rough year for Phoenix.

It's been reported that the Phoenix Suns are likely to trade Kevin Durant this summer given their ongoing struggles and his reported unhappiness that they tried to move him before the Feb. 6 trade deadline. However, the door isn't fully closed on him staying in Phoenix next season.

“The book isn’t closed on Durant returning to the Suns next season. League sources suggest that Durant, who will be eligible for a two-year, $122 million extension this offseason, would be open to a return. Booker says he’d be excited to continue playing with his idol," Murdock wrote.
