North Little Rock police on Thursday identified the man shot dead Tuesday night off MacArthur Drive. Officers responding around 8:50 p.m. to a report of a shooting in the 4800 block of MacArthur Drive found Giovanni Castillo, 21, of Fort Worth shot, a Thursday news release states.
