MARTA buses now have a "fare evasion" button for drivers to discreetly report non-paying passengers to police.
MARTA officials sent a letter to bus drivers to explain the new tool on Wednesday. In the letter, officials say drivers can now use the button to let MARTA police know when someone doesn't pay a fare.
When a driver pushes that button MARTA Police can immediately pinpoint the bus and route, watch video from the bus, and handle the incident.
