SAN FRANCISCO - A San Francisco skilled nursing and rehab center was evacuated Monday after a gas line ruptured. The San Francisco Fire Department said on the social media platform X that employees at Laguna Honda were being evacuated as of 11:13 a.m. after a contractor struck a 3-inch gas line.
