Benicio del Toro plays a bloodied and black-eyed arms dealer who survives six plane crashes and overlooks his nine sons to give his family empire to his one daughter, Liesl, a nun with a knife played by Mia Threapleton, in the trailer for Wes Anderson ’s The Phoenician Scheme, which dropped on Monday.

Del Toro is Zsa-zsa Korda, one of the richest men in Europe; Threapleton is Sister Liesl, his daughter, a nun; Cera is Bjorn Lund, the tutor. Anderson directed The Phoenician Scheme from a screenplay he co-wrote with his longtime collaborator Roman Coppola. Anderson and Coppola also co-wrote Asteroid City and Moonrise Kingdom together.
