After many years of talks and extensive planning, crews will finally break ground on USF's new on-campus football stadium on Friday.

The renderings show a concourse with 360-degree views of the field, along with an illuminated "Bull U" logo in the student section and a grassy area that can be used on non-game days.

On Friday, school officials, students, athletes, alumni and local and state dignitaries were on hand as ground was broken on a on-campus stadium. School officials say the facility will be a game changer for the athletic department as well as the university itself.
