One of Oklahoma State’s top defenders in the portal is staying in the state. On Monday, Hayes Fawcett of On3 reported that transfer safety Kendal Daniels has committed to Oklahoma. Daniels spent the first four seasons of his career at OSU and was a staple of the Cowboys' defense throughout the past three years.

The Oklahoma Sooners have experienced significant turnover at the wide receiver position this offseason. They've added four wideouts: Javonnie Gibson, Keontez Lewis, Isaiah Sategna, and Josiah Martin in the transfer portal.

Oklahoma will have Robert Spears-Jennings and Peyton Bowen leading the position in 2025. Patterson-McDonald was a part of a 2024 recruiting class that saw the Sooners also bring in Michael Boganowski, Jaydan Hardy, and Reggie Powers III.
