The Los Angeles Chargers have been pretty lucky this head-coaching hiring cycle. Breakout coordinator Jesse Minter isn’t getting a ton of reported looks and just one team has called the Chargers about a key front office name.

The Patriots requested to interview Chargers passing game coordinator Marcus Brady for their offensive coordinator position, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. New England hired Mike Vrabel as its new head coach after firing Jerod Mayo, and now he is looking to build his staff.

The Patriots have already gotten off to a fast start in the offseason as the first team to hire a new head coach. With Mike Vrabel now in place, they can get a head start on building the staff beneath him.
