It isn't clear if that will ever be the case, as Apple headphones are sold under two of the most popular brands on the planet, and eliminating one in favor of the other doesn't make sense.
In either case, Apple has an opportunity here to make an important change that could spread to other headphone manufactuers by making the AirPods Max 2 more durable on a humid day.
