The Seattle Kraken have recalled goaltender Ales Stezka and defenseman Cale Fleury from the Coachella Valley Firebirds.

SEATTLE — Mason McTavish scored the tying goal early in the second period and assisted on Robby Fabbri’s go-ahead goal 4:35 later, sending the Ducks to a 6-4 victory over the Seattle Kraken on Tuesday night.

After the Blues scratched Perunovich for the previous nine games, he was traded to the Islanders on Monday afternoon in exchange for a conditional 2026 fifth-round draft pick.

The Kraken will now turn to Joey Daccord, while if not claimed, Grubauer will get a chance to get out of his rut. Grubauer won the Stanley Cup with the Washington Capitals in 2018.

Grubauer has struggled in 21 starts this season, losing 16 of them. His .866 save percentage and 3.83 goals-against average rank last in the NHL this season among netminders who have played in at least 17 games.
