Residents across parts of the Gulf Coast and South are bracing for a rare winter storm expected to drop heavy snow and create treacherous conditions.

French Quarter Festival released a partial preview list of who's performing at its April 10-13 fest. The lineup will include Irma Thomas, George Porter Jr., Anders Osborne, Soul Rebels, John Boutte, Kermit Ruffins, John Mooney, Jon Cleary, Amanda Shaw and many more.
