Shuefaub “Shue” Xiong, a Domino’s delivery driver who went missing last week, has died by suicide, according to authorities.

Officers confirmed that Shuefaub Xiong reported to Domino's for work on Jan. 14 but did not make four scheduled deliveries around 6 p.m.

Authorities recovered Xiong's unoccupied vehicle in Superior, around 170 miles north of Apple Valley, on Sunday. However, those searching for Xiong have reason to believe he made it back to the Twin Cities after being in Superior.

Apple Valley police say multiple people over the weekend reported seeing Shuefaub Xiong, a Domino's employee who went missing last week after departing for a delivery route.

Police said Shuefaub Xiong was reported missing after he “did not make four deliveries" scheduled for the evening of Tuesday, Jan. 14

Shuefaub “Shue” Xiong’s had gone missing while on the job delivering pizzas. St. Paul police later encountered him in the midst of what they said was a mental health crisis.

“The customers all called back, notifying Domino’s that they never received their orders,” the missing man’s sister, Nischa Xiong, told ABC 9. “We’re lost, we’re confused, we’re scared, we hope that he is OK.”

The search for Shuefaub Xiong, who disappeared in Minnesota last week, remains ongoing after police say his car was discovered over 100 miles away in Wisconsin.
