Given his five-star pedigree and his rather famous lineage – he's the nephew of NFL legends Peyton and Eli Manning, for those unaware – there has been a lot of talk of Manning potentially entering the NFL Draft after just one season as the starter at Texas. Manning, however, was not interested in talking about that.

The playbook is open for Arch Manning as he takes over the Texas football offense, Steve Sarkisian said Tuesday. After coaching Manning through two starts in 2024 and spending more than 30 months teaching him the scheme, Sarkisian feels comfortable opening the volume cover-to-cover when Manning steps under center against Ohio State on Aug. 30.
