A NASA astronaut from Minneapolis is set to launch on a mission to the International Space Station next summer.

Dr. Anil Menon will head to the space station on the Roscosmos Soyuz MS-29 spacecraft in June 2026 as a flight engineer and Expedition 75 crew member, NASA said.

The four U.S., Russian and Japanese astronauts pulled up in their SpaceX capsule after launching from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. They will spend at least six months at the orbiting lab, swapping places with colleagues up there since March. SpaceX will bring those four back as early as Wednesday.
