The origin of Hunter Dobbins' hatred for the New York Yankees came into question this week, but that didn't stop the Boston Red Sox pitcher from dealing 6.0 scoreless innings against them on Saturday.

Like Dobbins, the Red Sox as a whole are trending in the right direction. Saturday’s win brought them back to .500 and back in the mix in the AL East. Once all of Boston’s pitchers are healthy, having Dobbins in the organization as a reliable extra arm wherever Cora needs him will be handy late in the season.

The Red Sox have beaten the Yankees in four of their five matchups so far this season, and Hunter Dobbins has beaten them twice this week.
