Bandai Namco's staff count quietly fell by more than 100 in the period between April 2024 and this month, a new report has revealed.

Bandai Namco appears to have lost over 100 staff since April 2024, according to online records of the Japanese Pension service. These staff have departed without much fanfare, after a rough patch for the video game giant.

Bandai Namco has reportedly lost over a hundred staff in the last year. As reported by Automaton, according to the online database of Japan's Pension Service, the company's staff headcount dropped from 1294 on 1st April 2024 to 1177 on 4th February 2025 - a decrease of 117 people.

Following previous reports that Bandai Namco was attempting to reduce its workforce, the company appears to have seemingly let go of over 100 staff in the last year.

According to the online database of Japan’s Pension services, Bandai Namco lost over a hundred staff members in 2024. The data follows Bloomberg reports that the company was reducing its workforce.
