Television station WNYT in Albany is reporting that 9-year old Melina Galanis Frattolin, the object of an Amber Alert issued this morning, has been found dead. The station cites sources confirming that she was found deceased.

Luciano Frattolin reported his daughter Melina missing in New York. An Amber Alert was issued. The police investigation revealed inconsistencies in Frattolin's story. Melina's body was found near Lake George.
