Ozzy Osbourne’s cause of death has been revealed. The Black Sabbath frontman officially died at age 76 from cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease on July 22, according to a death certificate obtained by the Sun on Tuesday.

While Jack and his other older sister, Kelly, 40, garnered fame after starring in MTV’s “The Osbournes” with parents Ozzy and Sharon, 72, Aimee chose not to participate in the show during its four-season run from 2002 to 2005.
