Tage Thompson is going to miss at least one game for the Buffalo Sabres after Devils forward Stefan Noesen knocked him out of the game on Sunday with a hit to the head that resulted in a match penalty.

The Buffalo Sabres held a meeting Monday to address their lack of response to the hit that injured forward Tage Thompson, head coach Lindy Ruff revealed Tuesday. "We had some hard conversations," Ruff said.
