Starbucks has introduced a whole new dimension to its menu: layered drinks. Starting July 8, the coffee giant will add its new Strato Frappuccino Blended Beverages to menus nationwide. The word “strato” is the Italian word for layer, and these drinks layer different Frappuccino and cold foam flavors and colors.

Now that the 4th of July is in the rearview and the Firework Frap has left the building, Starbucks has three blended beverages taking its place: Brown Sugar Strato Frappuccino, Salted Caramel Mocha Strato Frappuccino,

Starbucks has unveiled the Strato Frappuccino Blended Beverages, according to a press release the company sent via email to USA TODAY. USA TODAY also got a sneak preview of the drinks in May before they were released.
