Krispy Kreme is teaming up with Pop-Tarts for a trio of collaborative offerings: the Pop-Tarts Frosted Strawberry Doughnut, Pop-Tarts Frosted Chocolatey Fudge Doughnut and Pop-Tarts Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon Doughnut.

The sugary, fruity pastries became the focus of a social media hack in which home cooks swore by adding butter to their Pop-Tarts to enhance the flavor profile. Pop-Tarts also released giant versions of its famed toaster pastries in 2024 and brought back its fan-favorite cinnamon roll variety for a limited time.

It's a new year, which means it's time for all-new doughnuts at Krispy Kreme. Only this time, it's not delivering these new sweet treats alone. On Monday, the Charlotte-based doughnut chain announced that it's releasing three new doughnuts in partnership with another brand that's rather well-known for its breakfast offerings: Pop-Tarts.
