The proposed building would include 500,000 square feet of office space at the Broadway transit center in downtown Camden.

A 25-story office tower could be built in Camden as part of a $250 million overhaul of the city's Walter Rand Transportation Center in the coming years, county officials said Tuesday. Preliminary plans refer to the project as the Beacon Building.
