Jacksonville was one of three organizations to hire both a new head coach and new general manager this offseason. James Gladstone took over as the team's general manager – taking over after Trent Baalke's five seasons in charge – and Liam Coen is the new head coach of the Jaguars after the team fired Doug Pederson.

Though Jacksonville appears well-stocked at linebacker, the franchise hasn't picked up Lloyd's fifth-year option, which could be a sign that the team is ready to move on. Regardless, the franchise will need to add to the room for depth purposes at the very least, with just four true off-ball linebackers on the roster.
