The Denver area and much of the state will face “critical fire weather conditions” Saturday, as dry, windy weather continues to fuel the risk of wildfires, according to the National Weather Service.

It’s still March, but the Denver weather forecast will look more like May for the upcoming week. Colorado will see lots of sunshine through Thursday, with a chance to set a new record high on Thursday as well.
