An overnight storm brought some light snow to Connecticut Wednesday morning, causing some school delayed openings. A second system is expected to bring more snow turning to a wintry mix and then rain Wednesday night into Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.

The forecast discussion said that there is to be around an inch of snow across coastal Connecticut and less than an inch for the landlocked portion of southern Connecticut. Norwich is expected to recieve less than an inch of snow.
