The retailer was the third major chain to declare bankruptcy last week, joining Woodcliff Lake-based Party City as well as Big Lots.

The Newport Beach-based gym franchise, which emerged in 2009, was the first major brand extension of mixed martial arts promotion company UFC and has since grown to more than 150 gyms and 700 additional locations currently in development globally.
