BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man accused of shooting a woman to death at a Baton Rouge hotel was arrested Friday. Donald Ray Walker, 31, was arrested in connection to the death of Linda Mayes, 56. Mayes was found dead inside a room at a hotel on Gwenadele Avenue on Jan. 12.
