Blue Ghost Moon Lander Captures Glow of Lunar Sunset . See Pics
The images reveal a phenomenon known as "lunar horizon glow," which is believed to be caused by charged lunar dust particles levitating due to solar radiation. This glow was first emerged in theory by Apollo 17 astronaut Eugene Cernan and is now being studied in detail thanks to the Blue Ghost.
