Chris Beard and the No. 6 seeded Ole Miss Rebels took down the North Carolina Tar Heels on Friday evening in a critical 71-64 NCAA Tournament victory. Sam Pedulla's clutch gene was on full display in the final minute after knocking down a much-needed basket down the stretch to propel the Rebels over the Tar Heels to capture a First Round NCAA Tournament win.

Sean Pedulla made a critical 3-pointer with 52.8 seconds left, and Mississippi topped North Carolina 71-64 in the NCAA Tournament after the Rebels squandered most of a 22-point lead in the second half.

After being down by 22 points in the first half, UNC basketball made a comeback attempt that just barely fell short as they fall in the Round of 64.
