Two individuals were shot in the legs at a Southwest Atlanta residence; both survived, with an ongoing investigation by the police.

The second man involved the double shooting that happened in southeast Atlanta over the weekend has died, according to medical examiners.

Officers responded around 10:14 p.m. to the 2000 block of Bent Creek Way SW off of Campbellton Road. When they arrived, they found a 57-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his left leg and a 32-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to her right leg, according to police.
