Conversations about changes to the Chicago Bears offensive coaching staff, have ramped up in the 24 hours since Shane Waldron's firing and Thomas Brown was appointed the team's new offensive coordinator.

This offseason, Waldron left the Emerald City for the Windy City, and unfortunately the change of scenery was not better for him. On Tuesday morning it was announced the Chicago Bears had fired Waldron, following their abysmal 19-3 loss to the New England Patriots at home.

Shane Waldron has been fired as the Chicago Bears' offensive coordinator less than 10 months after being hired for the job. The Bears announced the firing Tuesday, one day after head coach Matt Eberflus promised "changes" and "adjustments" for the struggling Bears.
