City plans to renovate Kaimuki’s Queen Theater
Mostly everyone agrees that the Queen Theater is a crown jewel of Kaimuki, but for nearly 40 years it hasn't even welcomed in an audience. On Friday, Nov. 8, 2024, the Honolulu City Council took up a resolution about what to do with the Queen Theater at the top of the hill along Waialae Avenue.
