President Donald Trump said he will speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin will speak on Monday over the phone to discuss a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia. NBC News' Raf Sanchez reports on how the first in-person talks between Russia and Ukraine led to a prisoner exchange.
