A Merrimack woman is facing several charges after allegedly leading New Hampshire State Police on a chase that ended in Concord, authorities said.
Nineteen-year-old Chloe Marsh, of Waterboro, was stopped early Sunday morning, just after 6 a.m., during a traffic enforcement operation conducted by the State Police Special Enforcement Unit.
