The Minnesota Vikings all but slammed the door on signing Aaron Rodgers earlier this offseason, and the free agent quarterback recently addressed rumors that he's holding off his next career decision in hopes that Minnesota rethinks that position.

Aaron Rodgers shut down the notion that he is waiting for the Minnesota Vikings to make the first move in free agency.

Vikings reporter Kevin Seifert of ESPN summed it up nicely: “Aaron Rodgers says it is not accurate that he is waiting to see if the Vikings want to sign him later this offseason. Says he has known Kevin O'Connell since they worked out together in San Diego 17-18 years ago. Says he is focused on issues in his personal life right now.”
